NITROUS BOOST
The MHP NITROUS BOOST features a discrete dual gain stage circuit. Stage 1 is linear, providing a true volume boost without any saturation, brightness, or clipping. Your tone, just amped up. Stage 2 blends in a touch of harmonics and presence at higher boost levels only, for a bit of the sweet stuff only when you need it. Great for clean boosting at modest and moderate levels, and progressively meaner and crunchier boosting at higher to max levels. And the MHP NITROUS BOOST adds a flavorful touch of presence when you back off your guitar's volume.
The two stage circuit provides a low noise, blended boost that is impossible to achieve with a single stage. Premium metal film capacitors, carbon or metal film resistors, and Fairchild transistors on a hand made overbuilt circuitboard. Completely hand wired and 100% true bypass.
